How do email users change password without Cpanel access?
When the user login to webmail (www.domain.com/webmail/), in the bottom there is a tab: 『Change Password 』
So the user can change their password without logging into Cpanel.
What is the server name for which I can use IMAP?
The IMAP server name is the same as the server name which you use for POP3 and SMTP. It is usually going to be yourdomain.com.

How do I use webmail?
You could access webmail via your control panel or type the following URL in browser:
http://yourdomain.com:2095
https://yourdomain.com:2096
http://yourdomain.com/webmail/ (notice the slash at the end)
If it is your main account, the username is your main account username and main password. If it is an extra POP account, the username is your email address (email@domain.com) and the email account password.
How do I receive and send email via email client such as outlook or netscape?
Please set SMTP/POP3/IMAP server to mail.yourdomain.com in email client.
